Standard Session – 5o min. $80 - $175

The prices for therapy sessions may vary depending on the therapist's licensing.

Insurance Coverage 

Molinari Counseling & Wellness accepts a variety of plans from insurance companies such as Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare.

If your insurance company is not accepted by Molinari Counseling & Wellness this means that your insurance plan is considered out of out-of-network, which means fees must be covered upfront. However, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider for a percentage of your mental health care cost; in some cases, insurance covers up to 80 percent. We recommend you check in with your insurance provider to find out what coverage options are available to you. 

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? 
• Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need a written referral from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

If appropriate, I will provide you with monthly invoices called a “super bill” that will include all the necessary information for your claims to be processed. 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
